Yoga, Belly Dance & Chocolate

Come ignite your five senses at this deliciously decadent class. In this 2 hour fun-filled class we breathe deeply, shimmy wildly and eat chocolate. Yoga: to release tension and deepen our breathing, Belly Dance: to celebrate life through dance & shake-up our wild hips, & Chocolate: is used as a tool for focus and concentration! Maarie teaches yoga in Christchurch, performs belly dance nation-wide and has had a love affair with chocolate forever.  She created these classes to help lift people’s spirits and bring more joy to Christchurch. Exquisite chocolate and yoga mats provided.

 Painting: To Find the Colour of Life Colour speaks for itself!

Methods can vary from large washes of colour spread with sponges, to a more delicate use of pastels over paint that is freely applied with brushes. By the end of this workshop, you will have found your own way of best expressing your responses to colour and engaging your creative side to life. Japanese Fridays: Aromatherapy for Beginners

You will be taught about the origin of essential oils, how they work, and how you can use them in your home. This course will help prepare you for winter, and enable you to care for yourself and your family, as you will have the opportunity to make your own aroma crafts.

Compassionate Communication Non Violent Communication (NVC).
