Meet Toni
Professionally
I love working alongside others who want to live fulfilling and authentic lives. I am particularly passionate about helping women combine the demands of motherhood, running a household and career through enhanced life management and personal coaching. I also enjoy working with people who are courageously becoming ‘solo-preneurs’ and supporting their business vision or people who want to change direction but aren’t quite sure which direction to point their compass. I place great importance on offering a very personal level of service to my clients, which is open, respectful and fun.
Walking my own talk is paramount to my continued growth and success, both personally and professionally. Being a professional coach is of utmost importance to me and I am dedicated, passionate and committed to my ongoing learning and professional development. I have been a member coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am coach specific trained to a high skill level, adhering to core coaching competencies and a transparent code of ethics. I have also enjoyed ‘giving back’ in my role as a mentor coach to coaching students and have served for a number of years on the ICF Southern Region Leadership Team.
I have really valued training in counselling (person centred modality) and believe this compliments and strengthens my practitioner philosophy, broadens my learning and strengthens my skill set, adding value to all my clients. I am a Full Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (MNZAC) assuring you a high level of professional integrity and practice. Since the September earthquake I have had the privilege of being part of the Earthquake Trauma Response Team in Canterbury working alongside those affected by the earthquakes in a counselling role. I enjoy both coaching and counselling in private practice as well as having worked with the team at The Women’s Centre and The Monarch Centre, the home of the Survivors of Sexual Violence Trust. I am an approved Counsellor for Victim Support which aligns well with my wish to help victims of crime and trauma and an approved counsellor for Resilient Psychological Safety. I also work as an Employment Counsellor for Catapult Employment Services. I am an ACC Sensitive Claims approved counsellor.

Personally…
I really enjoy combining a rewarding career with my first love, my family. My husband and I love the Canterbury lifestyle and raising our family of three boys. Life is busy, but the older and wiser I get, the more I realise what is really important to me and my life reflects my true values of being fun, fulfilling and authentic.
