Counselling

Counselling can support you in dealing with a range of issues:

anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self esteem, confidence, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management, conflict resolution, communication, life changes, transitions, goal setting, addiction, career, parenting, post traumatic stress disorder, sexual and domestic violence, workplace harassment, work place stress, work life balance .

My approach:

I work from a person centred and co-active approach. I believe in my client’s resourcefulness and their being the expert on their own life. I enjoy co- actively supporting their journey, providing encouragement, motivation, facilitation and humour along the way.

I have an integrated approach to my work and use a variety of therapeutic models including person centred, solution focused and cognitive behaviour therapy, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and co-active coaching.

Workplace Support:

I work with employees from a range of large to medium size businesses and organisations, supporting clients on a range of workplace issues in a counselling or coaching capacity. I am happy to discuss wether this may be an option for you.

ACC Sensitive Claims:
